Rewards and recognitions

R&R is responsible for the execution of two main processes: Recruitment of membership for TM products and Recognitions through events. Talent promotion, selection and allocation that aims for specific needs of the LC and the areas through products is their responsibility. 

Also events that aim to recognize the membership like graduation and awards.

Local Education and Training Team

LETT manage the Local Educational Cycle of the committee. Training Saturdays and Zonalito is their responsibility. Look for trainers and solve educational requirements of the committee is another responsibility of LETT.

Follow Up and Motivation  

FU&M is responsible for the tracking of the membership of the committee in terms of motivation and work execution and experience. Tracking tool, team buildings and LC activities is their work.

Programme and Experience

P&E is responsible for Programme minimums, platform management and leadership focus of the committee. LEAD and MM management is a priority for this coordination.
